This is a space to come as you are without needing to have it figured out. Mothering teenagers can be disorienting, tender, and at times deeply lonely. This council is a place to slow down, to reflect, and to be in the company of other mothers walking a similar path.

Each week, we’ll begin with a simple check-in, creating space to share, listen, and be witnessed. From there, I’ll bring a theme or piece to explore together: something practical, relevant, and grounded in the real terrain of raising teens. We’ll weave reflection, conversation, and lived experience, allowing insight and support to emerge naturally.

This is not about fixing your child or getting it “right.” It’s about deepening your capacity to stay present, resourced, and connected—to yourself and to your teen.
