High School Girls Coastal Retreat
Brookings, Oregon | January 16–18, 2026
This weekend retreat is a thoughtfully guided experience for high school girls, held in a beautiful oceanfront home in Brookings, Oregon. Designed to support self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience, the retreat offers a pause from the pace and pressure of everyday life—inviting participants to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
Arriving late Friday afternoon and departing Sunday afternoon, the weekend unfolds as a balance of guided group time, creative exploration, nature connection, and quiet integration. Through a mix of conversation, movement, art, journaling, and time by the ocean, girls are supported in exploring who they are, what they’re navigating at this stage of life, and how to access inner steadiness and self-trust.
The retreat experience includes guided circles and conversations around identity and the experience of being a young woman today; journaling and reflective prompts; gentle embodiment practices, grounding, and movement; art and collaging for creative expression; beach walks and solo time for reflection; and shared meals, hot tub soaks, and group bonding to foster a sense of safety, belonging, and connection.
There is also space for age-appropriate exploration of intuition and inner listening during the evenings, as well as reflection on lineage—honoring where we come from and the women who came before us. Healthy meals, snacks, and drinks are provided throughout the weekend, including a first-night potluck where each participant brings a dish connected to her lineage or family.
All activities are invitational. The retreat is fully supervised, with clear guidelines and boundaries to support both emotional and physical safety. The group is intentionally small—capped at six participants - to ensure each girl is seen, supported, and cared for.
