Teen Mentoring and Coaching

Service Description

This one-on-one format creates safety for the client to be heard, reflected, and supported through their life experiences and the feelings that arise. I meet with the teen in-person or on Zoom. In this way, they can be from anywhere. This offering provides essential connection and a place to talk about the things circling within them. I will provide reflection, tools, and skills to help navigate their truth, perspective, and find center. Mentoring can be life-changing for the teen. In order to develop the mentoring relationship and the trust needed, there is a commitment of four sessions, once a week. I typically meet with youth once a week. However, our meetings can be bi-weekly or once a month. Please, inquire about payment. I work on a sliding scale in order to meet clients from all financial backgrounds. In this way, full-pay clients are essential to support this work in the world. I trust the honesty and integrity possible as this energetic exchange is navigated.
